Riverview School is an independent boarding school for students 11-21 with learning differences located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Riverview School’s proprietary integrated approach promotes whole student growth across academics, social-emotional development, independent living, wellness, and vocational readiness.
Riverview School values each student as an individual and acknowledges the importance of students having a voice in the development of their goals, program, and instruction. Families/Guardians likewise play a crucial role, particularly in supporting students who need assistance in expressing their needs, desires, and preferences. At Riverview, our goal is for graduates to develop the skills that provide the greatest access to a fulfilling and meaningful life. We strive to individualize programming and offer reasonable accommodations that align with our overall philosophy and approach. Riverview School has three school-year programs: Middle School, High School, and the Transition Program, GROW (Getting Ready for the Outside World).
Also offered is a five-week summer program to provide students the opportunity to maintain academics, improve upon independent living and executive functioning skills while enjoying social opportunities on Cape Cod with their peers.
