Our students explore and create in vibrant learning spaces. At Park Street School, children build strong foundations of knowledge in the early years – an approach foundational to developing critical thinking skills necessary for lifelong learning. At PSS, learning is active! Creativity, imagination, and social development are fostered through lessons, learning centers, and play. Whether collecting leaves, discovering animals’ habitats in our “Ponds and Meadows” unit, or bicycling in the gym, children are “out of the chair” – making connections in and out of the classroom and between subjects. As a Christian school, we’re committed to guiding students in the formation of character and an understanding of God’s love for them. We offer small class sizes, a diverse community, and need-based financial aid.

My four children all attended Park Street School, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful and formative their time there has been! Well nurtured, known and loved; beyond prepared for Middle School (confident, advanced math placement, leadership roles, etc.); and just so happy to go to school each day! If you are looking for a strong academic school with caring teachers, Christian values, lots of enrichment, integrated learning, then check out Park Street School! I went to Park Street School from Pre-K to Sixth grade ten years ago and loved my experience. The teachers were so caring and have a genuine passion for the growth of their students. The education prepared me well for middle school and high school and ignited my passion for mathematics. All around great experience that left lasting memories and set me up for success in the future.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Park Street School. I have the unique perspective of experiencing it both as a parent and as a teacher—I’ve taught here for nearly two decades, and my own children also attend. This is an extraordinary community. The entire staff is not only talented and passionate about their work but also truly feels like a second family. The academics are outstanding, the administration is deeply supportive, and the school’s focus on social-emotional growth has been a tremendous gift. Our children are genuinely known, cared for, and thriving in ways we never could have imagined. As a teacher, we are held to rigorous academic standards while also encouraged to be creative and think outside of the box with our lessons. Park Street School is truly a remarkable place.
