Ivy Seed iOS Mobile App Development STEM Summer Camp at Harvard/MIT
Ivy Seed course is designed to prepare students for the fundamentals of IOS programming language created by Apple. Throughout the Programming & App Development for iPhone & iPad, students will explore fundamental programming concepts and instructional design principles. Students will able to apply design principles and create individual phone app at the end of class. Register Here
Each day the camp runs from 9am-4pm and includes lunch and 1 off-campus field trip each session. Past field trips have included: MIT General Campus Tours, Visiting Media Lab on CampusBoston Science Museum (Tickets NOT included)Visiting Google or Microsoft Office, CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center), and other tech related companies or departments.
Camp is for children 8-17 years old of all programming abilities.
We will group children together by age and ability.
No previous knowledge of programming is required.
Sessions will consist of 14 to 45 children with no higher than a 1-7 instructor-student ratio.
Mix with international campers, special event: meet MIT professor Mitchel Resnick, founder of Scratch for MIT Campus.
