About

Your child can choose from these individual, week-long day sessions:

  • Drone & Code: take apart a drone, assemble the hand controller, learn to fly, code instructions to fly a mission
  • Microscope Lab: explore biomimicry; taking inspiration from nature and applying it to engineering design 
  • Catapult Engineering: build a large trebuchet outside and use it in medieval challenges
  • Drone Racing: start with the fundamentals, then take it outside with programmable racing class drones
  • Hydraulic Makerspace (3 or 4 days): engineer all sorts of machines using the makerspace components
  • Whales n’ Things: explore coastal areas, marine ecology & sustainability
  • Bridge Building: explore different structural systems; then design, build and load test your own bridge
  • Super Science Sampler: 8-10 year olds get to explore a variety of science topics, in a hands-on way
  • Galileo’s Astronomy: conduct optical experiments and then assemble & use your own telescope
  • Summer Rocket Blast Off: design, computer simulate, build, test and fly your own rocket
