School of Rock, the leader in performance-based music education, is bringing its prestigious 2025 AllStars Tour to Cambridge for a performance on Thursday, July 24 at Sonia Live Music Venue. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., with the show starting at 6:30 p.m..
The tour showcases 148 of the most talented School of Rock students from around the globe, representing less than 1% of enrolled students, who have been selected to perform in this immersive, professional-level summer tour. Students are placed into bands with peers they’re meeting for the first time and spend only two days rehearsing together before hitting the road to record and perform in multiple cities across the country. The tour also serves a powerful mission: students are raising funds and awareness for the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide (SPTS), a national nonprofit focused on saving lives through mental health education and suicide prevention programs.
Joining the lineup in Cambridge are the School of Rock Burlington, Seekonk, and Attleboro House Bands, who will open the show and perform alongside the AllStars. The collaboration gives these students the opportunity to take the stage, build connections, and share in an unforgettable live music experience while showing Cambridge the impact a franchise model like School of Rock can have on the local community and beyond.
