Strengthen, stretch, and learn correct alignment of your body to promote healthy posture and fitness. The Pilates Method is a form of exercise based on the powerhouse of the body’s physical center. This can be done for a lifetime and is appropriate for all ages. Instructor Jimmy Raye was one of the first teachers to bring Pilates from New York City to the North Shore. He studied with Pilates master teacher Romana Kryzanowska, the inheritor of Joseph Pilates’ studio. Age: Teenagers+ Pre-registration required.
