UNH Tech Camp offers three distinct programs to suit every child’s interest and learning goals:

• TechSplorers (Grades 5-7): This program is designed to introduce younger students to a variety of STEM subjects, sparking curiosity and building self-confidence. Students will be introduced to subjects ranging from computer coding and forensic science to kitchen chemistry and freshwater ecology through fun, collaborative, hands-on activities.
• TechVenturers (Grades 8-12): This program is designed for students who have a deep interest in a specific topic and want to collaborate with like-minded peers in a supportive environment. Participants will spend the week developing expertise, honing critical thinking skills and gaining a deeper understanding of their topic. Guided by expert mentors and collaborating with like-minded peers, students will work through the engineering design process, strengthen problem-solving skills and immerse themselves in hands-on learning. The week concludes with a camp-wide presentation, giving students the opportunity to share their work, build confidence and reflect on their growth.
• TechLeaders: Bridge to College (Grades 10-12): This program is intended for students who want to pursue higher education and are interested in building familiarity with the college landscape. Participants will focus on a single, in-depth, weeklong project aligned with their interests in science, engineering or technology, building both technical and academic skills through sustained inquiry and problem-solving. In addition to project work, students take part in leadership development and college readiness activities that introduce them to college-level expectations, learning environments and pathways in STEM. Over the course of the week, participants will build confidence as emerging STEM scholars and future college students, while exploring the college landscape and the skills needed to succeed.
• UNH Tech Camp helps all children advance in STEM, build their confidence, and experience college life—all in a safe, supportive environment on the beautiful Durham, New Hampshire campus.
