When the trees are sparkling and the window displays enticing, the Freedom Trail Foundation joins revelers to celebrate the season with the annual Historic Holiday Stroll. While Christmas was not widely celebrated during the American Revolution in Boston, visitors may now enjoy Boston’s festive atmosphere on this merry 90-minute tour. Led by a costumed tour guide dressed in 19th traditions evolved in Boston while experiencing highlights of the American Revolution. The tour concludes with the chance to warm your bones with hot chocolate, tea, or wine and Boston Cream Pie at the historic Omni Parker House. Reservations required. Adults $29; Children $19 Hide
