Meet our animals or just watch the hustle and bustle of a working farm. Bring a picnic and enjoy a hike on the trails that surround the farm. Don’t forget to stop in to check out our market garden, which is located just off of the parking lot on Turkey Hill Lane.
Park in the Turkey Hill parking lot, then cross the road and walk down the grassy hill "chute" towards the barnyard.

Barnyard stories come alive when you get to meet the main characters! Bring your preschooler down to the farm for our version of story time. The barn opens to the public at 10AM. Feel free to stroll through the barnyard and visit the animals. The house closes with a barnyard-themed story in our picnic area. Please note that this program is weather dependent.

This was a great article written by Dr. Anne Paris. I love the ideas and tools she gives to use. I have all three of the Empathy Way books and can't wait to read them to my Grandkids so that they can become Caring Empathetic Children and later teens, which is so important, especially in this world we live in. I can't wait to see what Dr. Paris has for us next!
Thank you for raising awareness about the need for foster parents in Massachusetts. As an organization that also provides Intensive Foster Care, The Home for Little Wanderers has found that many people are unaware of the different types of foster care. We encourage anyone who is interested to learn more. Every child deserves a safe and loving home.
