What do we need to bring for the overnight camp? I see that these are at campgrounds. So do we need to bring tents?

There are a variety of overnight options for each of the camps. Cabins and tent accommodations are available at most camps. If only tents are available at your camp, the tents will be provided. Campers in tents will only need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow. I hope that answers your question!

How many people per cabin or tent?

There will be 3-7 campers per each cabin and 2-5 per each tent, plus one counselor.

Is lunch included for day campers?

We request day campers pack a lunch. Snacks will be provided occasionally. Drinks and water will always be available. Only overnight campers will get breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

What do we need to bring to camp?

Day campers should bring snacks, lunch, and a water bottle. It is recommended that each camper bring a small bag or backpack with their food, sunscreen, skateboard pads, sunglasses, and any other personal items. A skateboard, helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads are required. Overnight campers should bring a sleeping bag, pillow, swimming suit, sun screen, sun glasses, towel, a backpack for day trips, flash light, bug spray, and a jacket suitable for the rain. A skateboard, helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads are required.

What type of food be included in the overnight camp and will I be able to make a special request for my son who has allergies?

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks will be provided daily. The menu varies daily. Breakfast includes options like: oatmeal, cereal, eggs, bacon, juice, bagels, fruit salad etc… Lunch includes sandwiches, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, salad, fries, falafel, and more. Dinners include pasta, chicken parmesan, pizza, four cheese rice, garlic bread, spaghetti and meatballs… and more! We do accommodate students with allergies and vegetarians.

Is my son too young or inexperienced to go to the overnight camp?

The overnight and daycamps are for ages 7-18. All levels are welcome. What happens if it rains? We have partnered with indoor skatepark locations and covered locations that we bring ramps to. Skateboarding will go unaffected and we will simply adjust our schedule. Some of our outdoor activities, like hiking, may be swapped for indoor activities such as watching skate videos or indoor games.

What if something comes up I can’t make the dates that I sign up for today?

You can either delay the enrollment for next summer or move to another open week or another location. How long does the early-bird special last? The prices offered tonight in the webinar are only available for the next 24 hours.
